Shipping Policy

We offer free expedited shipping on items purchased on Pleasure Delivered when you spend $75 and up. 

On orders less than $75, standard shipping rates apply, based on the weight and dimensions of your orders as well as the distance to ship. Our shipping rates are from Canada Post, where we receive favourable discounts which we pass along to you.

Please note, from time to time we offer special rates as part of a promotion or seasonal campaign where different circumstances may exist outside of the above mentioned.

Current Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canadian addresses, excluding PO Boxes.

Order Processing

Orders placed on weekdays (Monday-Friday) will be processed within 48 hours.  Orders placed on weekends and holidays may experience an additional 24 hours of processing time.

Current Shipping Options

Curbside Pick Up at 101 Yorkville Ave:

Available Tuesdays from 5PM-6PM, and Fridays from 4-5PM. Free of charge.

Regular Parcel Post – estimated delivery within 4-7 business days from processing of the order*

Canada Post rates apply, based on your recipient's address and the package weight & dimensions.

Expedited – estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after your order is processed*

Canada Post rates apply, based on your recipient's address and the package weight & dimensions.

Priority – estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after your order is processed*

Canada Post rates apply, based on your recipient's address and the package weight & dimensions.

*Delivery times could be affected by the recipient's address, seasonality, weather, pandemic, or otherwise.  Orders do not require a signature for delivery; however, orders that include alcohol do require a valid government ID for proof of age by the recipient.

Pleasure Delivered Returns

Online purchases made on the Pleasure Delivered site can be returned to either of our Toronto locations in exchange for a gift card / salon credit, only. Online purchases can also be returned by mail to the original method of payment.  For a full refund less shipping costs, refunds must be return mailed within 7 days of the delivery date, by a proven stamp date.

  • Any returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged.

  • Majesty’s Pleasure reserves the right to refuse or adjust a refund.

  • All shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the customer and are not subject to refund.  Return shipping must be covered by the customer.

  • All hairbrushes, make-up brushed, body brushes and facial tools as well as make-up are final sale.

Returning Items In The Mail

If you wish to return an item, please reach out to us at [email protected] you’re your original order number as well as a description as to the reason you are returning the item. Please understand these emails are reviewed MON-FRI, 9AM to 5PM.  Should your order be approved we will provide you a confirmation by email and also provide you detailed return instructions.  The regular process for returning items in the mail are as follows:

  1. You receive a confirmation email from us (please note this is not a final approval for refund as we have yet to inspect the item).

  2. You ship your item to our offices at 101 Yorkville Ave, Suite 202, Toronto, M5R1C1

  3. We inspect your items and either approve, adjust or deny the refund. We will send you an email detailing our decision. 

  4. If we approve your refund we will use the card on file used for the original purchase.

  5. Please note if the items in question were a gift, we will review the origal purchase and allow for an exchange of items or a digital gift card to our locations.

  6. It is important that all items are in the original packaging, unopened.

  7. If you plan to return the item at one of our Toronto location, please either bring valid photo I.D with the original method of payment, or if the items in question were a gift, you can bring the items in after arranging to do so with our Pleasure Delivered team, be emailing them at [email protected]
