CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: November 15, 2022

If you are feeling unwell, exhibiting symptoms, or feeling uneasy about exposure, or for any other reason you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure to cancel your appointment 24 hours before the start time of your appointment by logging into your online profile and cancelling or by leaving us a voicemail detailing the location, name and time of your appointment at 416 546 4991. You can also email us at [email protected] to cancel. Times stamps of these calls and messages will be used to apply the conditions.  These steps are to ensure you avoid cancellation charges, otherwise you will be charged 50% of your service. No shows will be charged for 100% of the booked service + 13% tax + 17% gratuity, in line with the cancellation policy to agree to when booking your appointment.

GEL POLISH REMOVAL

If you require soft gel (Shellac) removal, please book this service in advance, as it is an additional service to your manicure and/or pedicure. If removal is not booked in advance, we may not have enough time to accommodate it. Please note that WE DO NOT remove hard gels, acrylics, bio gel, dip powder or extensions of any kind.  If you have not booked a removal and removal is required but we do not have the time to accommodate it, you maybe be charged a service fee for the cancellation of your appointment up to 50%, if it is not rebooked on site.

LATE POLICY

YOUR ARRIVAL

  • Please understand that if you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and may have to make changes to your services

  • You will be asked to please sanitize your hands upon entry

  • All personal belongings including coats and bags must be kept on you at all times

  • At this time, we will not be permitting any outside food or drinks

Bar service areas are on a first come first serve basis, and we are unable to reserve these areas so we cannot guarantee their availability. If you are looking to book a group reservation and include a semi-private space, please email us [email protected] with 48 hours notice, Monday through Friday.
